Welcome to the ETS Online Registration System!
The purpose of the UCSD Express to Success Programs (ETS) is to help students develop their public speaking, interpersonal communication, and leadership skills. The various programs provide an opportunity for all UCSD students of various skill levels to develop their understanding and application of communication skills. A certificate is awarded to each student that successfully completes any of the programs. The ETS Programs are non-credit leadership programs offered to ALL students at UCSD, both undergraduate and graduate.
You are welcome to register for a class that is already full. Students on the waitlist will be added to the seminar roster as space becomes available.
Please select one of the following sessions only. Students who register for more than one of the same seminar will be automatically dropped from the program. You may register for both the ETS Interpersonal Communication and ETS Public Speaking Seminar in the same quarter if your schedule permits.

 | This 9-week non-credit seminar offered each quarter emphasizes development of social self-confidence and "people skills" through experiential learning activities that address initiating and maintaining conversations with peers and professors, assertiveness and managing conflict in relationships, skills in listening and self-disclosure, and understanding personality styles and group dynamics.

| This 9-week non-credit seminar offered each quarter emphasizes development of presentation skills through practice, including nonverbal and vocal communication, overcoming stage fright and speech anxiety, designing visual aids, and speaking with confidence and impact.

| ETS CommunicateUCSD! Program (Yearlong - 2009) |
| CommunicateUCSD! lets graduate and undergraduate students choose sessions that align with their interests and schedules. The program provides one-time workshops on public speaking and interpersonal communication skills. Complete the track and receive a certificate of completion at the Express to Success (ETS) Leadership Banquet Thursday, May 13, 2010.
Here's how to participate:
Download the workshop schedule (PDF) or pick one up from the ETS office, room 3520, 3rd floor of the Price Center East (map). The schedule lists workshop times and locations.
Attend at least 12 workshops to complete the program.
At each workshop you attend, have the instructor or ETS representative sign your workshop schedule.
Submit your signed workshop schedule to the ETS office no later than Friday, May 7, 2010.
